Are You Ready?

A Christians' response is to know that there is a Love in such abundance that one person no matter how lowly or great, will not have to feel lonely, lost, and without direction. Is this you? Maybe not, How about this then -- are you big, tuff, or full of pride and everything is going just great -- or is it? Isn't there still emptiness? Isn't it sad that you cannot find any peace? You may not be able to rest. You may think that satisfaction is in an another drink or another fix. Maybe you need to be the center of attention or control things and people.
What if I tell you that Jesus is the cure to all that and even what is not in the paragraph above. Your situation maybe different or worse.
This is how you can be saved and receive Jesus
Confess your sins Websters dictionary defines confess like this: 1: to tell or make known (as something wrong or damaging to oneself) : admit
2 a : to acknowledge (sin) to God
1st John 1:9 says, “If we confess our sins, He (God) is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.”
Romans 10:10 says, “For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.”
Romans 3:23:"All have sinned and come short of the glory of God"We’ve all sinned; every single person you know is a sinner. The difference is that some are sinners saved by grace and some are still living in sin. It is a simple matter of confessing (admitting to God) that you are a sinner.
Repent of your sins
Repent means to: 1 : to turn from sin and dedicate oneself to the amendment of one's life 2 a : to feel regret or contrition b : to change one's mind.
Acts 2:28, “Then Peter said unto them, Repent and be baptized everyone of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the Holy Ghost.”
Acts 3:19, “Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord;”
Acts 17:30, “And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but now commandeth all men every where to repent.”
We all must realize that we have sinned against God and turn from that sin. We need to make repentance a lifestyle and seek to turn from sin and live for God.
Believe that Jesus is the Son of God. Hebrews 11:6,” And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him
Mark 16:16, “Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned.”
In John 5:24 Jesus says, “I tell you the truth, whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life and will not be condemned; he has crossed over from death to life.”
Acts 16:31, “They replied, “believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved--you and your household.”
Romans 10:9, “If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and believe in your heart that
God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.”
I can’t tell you what or how to pray, I can’t tell you what to say. What I can tell you is that God loves you and Jesus Christ died for you and no matter what you have done God wants to forgive you of your sins and give you eternal life. If everything has come together at this point that you know you are a sinner and you want eternal life. If you truly in your heart will confess your sins, repent of your sins and believe that Jesus is the only son of God, the only way to God, died for your sins because only His blood, only His sacrifice can save you and believe that
